Our Story…

After two decades in Stockholm, Boy decides to leave. Boy moves to Gothenburg.

Boy gets Tinder. Boy meets girl- or, rather, he texts girl pictures of a failed attempt at a fried egg and captures her attention. They arrange a first date.

Girl ends up positive for Covid-19 and bails on the first date. Boy makes girl chicken soup, from scratch, and leaves it at her door, along with bread, paracetamol, N95 masks, and flowers. Boy wins over girl with loving gestures like the soup, and the creation of “ugly brunch”, where you go in your pajamas and without washing your hair to a restaurant on a Thursday.

Girl’s dog is absolutely obsessed with boy. Girl sees boy take amazing care of dog. Girl sees boy as the kind of person she has never been with in her whole life: simultaneously gentle and strong, witty and kind, while also cutting a great figure in a Speedo. Boy is, essentially, a sexy sexy Swedish Ned Flanders.

Girl falls in love with boy. Girl realizes this boy is definitely the right one.

Boy wisely proposes while dog looks on, girl says yes, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.
